Rourkela: A man was arrested by Raghunathpalli police on Sunday evening for allegedly killing his wife last night over delay in serving dinner. The accused, Sanjay Bilung of Netaji Nagar, was a daily wager.Police said Bilung attacked Sunita (32) with a tile after an argument over delay in serving dinner. Sunita died on the spot. Bilung fled after committing the crime, leaving their two minor daughters, aged seven and four, alone at home.Neighbours alerted Sunita’s parents, who found her body and lodged a police complaint. “We have arrested the accused for killing his wife and seized the weapon used in the crime. Further investigation is underway,” said S Jhankar, IIC, Raghunathpalli police station.
