Bhopal: Students in Madhya Pradesh delivered a strong performance in the ICSE and ISC examinations, with results declared on Thursday showing high pass percentages and several near-perfect scores. In the ISC Class 12 exams, Daksh Bhatnagar secured the state top rank with 99.25%, while in ICSE Class 10, Krishanali Merchant topped with an impressive 99.6%.Overall, 3,851 candidates from 59 schools appeared for ICSE, recording a pass percentage of 98.94%. Girls outperformed boys with a 99.35% pass rate compared to 98.61% for boys. Only 41 students failed the exam. In ISC, 1,700 students from 35 schools achieved a 98.76% pass rate, with girls again leading at 99.26% against 98.32% for boys. Only 21 students did not clear the exam.Category-wise performance remained consistently high, with marginal differences between groups. General category students recorded slightly higher results in both ICSE and ISC streams, while OBC candidates also posted strong pass percentages above 98%.
