Devin Booker, Haywood Highsmith off injury report

Devin Booker and Haywood Highsmith are off the Phoenix Suns’ injury report ahead of their matchup against the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday.

Booker has missed the Suns’ last four games due to a right hip strain. He previously missed seven games in late January and early February due to a sprained ankle.

Highsmith, who signed with the Suns last month, is expected to make his season debut, according to Arizona Sports’ John Gambadoro. The sixth-year forward has been working his way back from surgery on a torn meniscus in his right knee in August 2025.

Additionally, Khaman Maluach is available after previously being listed as questionable with a right thumb sprain.

Dillon Brooks (left hand fracture) and Jordan Goodwin (left calf strain) remain out for Phoenix.

Suns head coach Jordan Ott told reporters Monday that Booker was in a good spot after playing 5-on-5 basketball with some of Phoenix’s rotation players on Sunday.

The five-time All-Star has been the Suns’ leading scorer this season, averaging 24.7 points (on 45.4% shooting), 6.1 assists and 3.9 rebounds per game.

Sacramento has a long list of key players out, several for the long-term, including Zach LaVine (finger tendon repair), Domantas Sabonis (meniscus repair) and De’Andre Hunter (retinal repair).

Starting forward Keegan Murray (ankle sprain) and rookie big man Dylan Cardwell (ankle sprain) are also out.
