The house is shared by Pandya with his family, including his brother Krunal Pandya (also a cricketer), making it a lively multi-family residence.
As per several real-estate reports, the estimated value of the house is around ₹3.5–₹4 crore. However, the actual worth may be higher considering the premium interiors.
