Genshin Impact is going to release the Luna VI update on April 8, 2026, at 11 AM (UTC+8). Just like always, the game’s servers will undergo a brief maintenance before the patch goes live. During the server downtime, you will not be able to log in. What to expect in Genshin Impact Luna VI?
The first phase of Genshin Impact’s Luna VI will introduce Linnea as a new playable character. Essentially, she is a Geo character affiliated with Nod-Krai and serves as an advisor to the Adventurer’s Guild.The update also expands the game’s Mondstadt map with Dornman Port, the hub for sea travel and trade. There is also going to be a new area called the Temple of Space, which is a mysterious realm linked to Asmoday, the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles.Phase 1 of Luna VI is going to run from April 8 to April 28, 2026. In the meantime, Phase 2 will run from April 28 to May 19, and it will feature rerun banners for Lauma and Nefer.
