LAHORE: Peshawar Zalmi’s Australian all-rounder Aaron Hardie expressed confidence in his team’s preparations and balance as they geared up for their match against Pindiz.

Speaking to the media, Hardie emphasized that training sessions have gone smoothly and the squad is fully ready for the challenge ahead.

Hardie praised the depth of Zalmi’s lineup, noting the presence of strong batters, fast bowlers, and spinners. “Our team is balanced, and we will try to perform well,” he said, adding that the side is determined to deliver a solid performance on the field.

The young all-rounder also lauded captain Babar Azam, calling him “a great player who has performed at every level.” He acknowledged the absence of spectators as unfortunate but stressed that the team’s focus remains on maintaining high standards regardless of the atmosphere.

Hardie further highlighted his admiration for Zalmi’s local talent, particularly the emerging fast bowlers and spinners. “I am very impressed by the local players of Peshawar Zalmi.

The young fast bowlers and spinners are very talented,” he remarked, underscoring the franchise’s promising future.
