Golden State Warriors point guard L.J. Cryer (illness) has been cleared to return to the lineup on Thursday against the Los Angeles Lakers. He is available after missing two games due to illness. Cryer is expected to see an increased workload on Thursday night, with Stephen Curry (knee) sitting out this one. The 24-year-old has flashed potential recently, scoring double-digit points in six of his last eight appearances. Still, it’s hard to trust a player whose recent work also includes a couple of zero-point efforts.
