Asha Bhosle passes away at 92
On Saturday, Asha Bhosle was rushed to the hospital due to a chest infection and respiratory problems. On Sunday, her son Anand Bhosle confirmed the heartbreaking news of his demise as he spoke to the media outside the hospital. He said her antim darshan will be held at her residence in Lower Parel, and her last rites will be performed tomorrow at 4 pm at Shivaji Park.As the news of her demise broke, tributes started pouring in. Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to X (formerly called Twitter) to express his grief. He wrote, “I am deeply saddened by the passing of Smt.
