Pop star Madonna is all set to return to the dance floor after a long gap of 7 years.Madonna has officially announced her much-awaited new album. The pop superstar revealed that her next project will be a sequel to her 2005 dance classic ‘Confessions On A Dance Floor’.Titled ‘Confessions On A Dance Floor: Part II’, the album is set to release on July 3, 2026. She shared the first glimpse through a 60-second video of the opening track, ‘I Feel So Free’.

On Wednesday, Madonna confirmed the project after clearing her Instagram and changing her bio to lyrics from ‘Hung Up’. She posted, “Confessions On A Dance Floor: Part II — July 3 2026.”The teaser video for ‘I Feel So Free’ features a throbbing synth bassline. It interpolates a line from her 1980s hit ‘Into The Groove’: “Out here on the dance floor, I feel so free.”
Reunion with Stuart Price
Madonna has reunited with British producer Stuart Price for the sequel. The duo famously created the original ‘Confessions On A Dance Floor’ in the loft of his London home. During those sessions, Madonna even carved her name into the rafters.
