Melissa McCarthy is slowly turning into more and more of a style superstar!
The actress, 55, has been on a roll with some of her most recent red carpet looks, once again serving up high glam for her appearance at the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards 2026.
Held at the Nya Studios in Los Angeles on April 7, the star arrived for the ceremony in a stunning patterned Emilio Pucci bodycon gown, featuring a wavy design like glittery sand in earth tones of army green and gold.
The gown also featured an unbuttoned collar detail and was paired with a sequin green clutch, with Melissa then styled out with a slicked back ponytail and leather boots to match. Catch a glimpse below…

Melissa was also a presenter for the night, giving out the Graduate Award to Marcelle Barbosa of Amaramara, saying in her speech that the prize goes to a designer “who may just be starting out, but already think like a legend, [with] innovative ideas, undeniable skills and a fearlessness to create something unexpected and emotional.”
Fans raved over Melissa’s look on social media as well, leaving comments on Instagram to the tune of: “Gorgeous colors! Your eyes pop!!” and: “Knocking it outta the ball park again!!!” plus: “She is soooo beautiful,” as well as: “Okay waistline!”

Melissa & health
While fashion has become a greater part of the Oscar-nominated star’s recent MO, the Mike & Molly actress has also been candid about her fluctuating weight, not to mention the fluctuations in confidence in her own body.
At one point, even Barbra Streisand courted some controversy for questioning whether the Emmy-winning actress had actually used Ozempic (which Melissa has never mentioned, instead laughing off the interaction with the two affirming their friendship).
Melissa did tell People, however, that her perspective on beauty shifted when she hit her 30s, deciding to embrace her looks by learning to be kinder to herself and not trying to please everyone. And it all started with the support of her husband, Ben Falcone.
“Because he’s so constantly loving and kind,” she sweetly relayed. “And funny and the weirdest human I know, to be honest. And somewhere in my 30s, I was like ‘I’m okay with who I am.’ And if someone wasn’t thrilled with that, that’s okay too. At some point I was like, ‘They’re not all going to like you.’ You have to learn that the hard way, but it’s a good [lesson].”
