Steady rain moves into parts of northern New York in time for the evening commute.That rain slowly moves into Vermont Wednesday night into Thursday morning, ushering in much colder air. Clouds and scattered showers linger through the day. Highs fall back to the low 50s.An upper-level low nearby late week brings lots of clouds, a few spot showers and potential for mountain snowflakes Friday and Saturday.
