Koderma: A truck laden with edible oil overturned at Koderma Ghati on the Ranchi-Patna highway on Saturday, police said.Residents from nearby villages rushed to the scene with whatever containers they could lay their hands on to collect oil, sources said.Vikas Paswan, the officer-in-charge of the Koderma police station, said, “No case has been lodged. Both the driver and the co-driver of the oil tanker were unhurt.”The truck was going to Patna when the accident occurred while attempting to avoid a collision with a gas tanker coming from the opposite direction, locals said.The driver of gas tanker also lost control, and the vehicle fell into a ditch.
