Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6: Key details about upcoming e-bike

The first electric motorcycle from Royal Enfield was recently spotted testing on Indian roads without camouflage, giving a clear look at what appears to be its near-production form. The model, called the Flying Flea C6, is expected to launch around April 2026 and will mark the debut of the brand’s new Flying Flea EV sub-brand.The Flying Flea C6 stands apart from most modern electric motorcycles in terms of design. Instead of going for a futuristic look, Royal Enfield has drawn inspiration from classic machines developed during the Second World War. The motorcycle carries a low-slung, bobber-style stance with a slightly raked-out front end. One of its most distinctive elements is the girder-style front suspension. It also features a forged aluminium chassis and a magnesium battery casing, aimed at improving cooling efficiency while keeping weight in check. Round LED lighting at the front and rear adds to its retro appeal.

The test bike was seen with a single-seat setup, though a pillion seat could be offered later as an accessory or in another variant. The C6 rides on narrow tyres mounted on 10-spoke alloy wheels and uses disc brakes at both ends. Power comes from a mid-mounted electric motor, although official battery and motor specifications have not yet been revealed.

Besides, the motorcycle gets a circular TFT display that shows speed, trip data, battery status and range. It supports Bluetooth connectivity with navigation and connected features. Notably, the Flying Flea C6 will be the first Royal Enfield to offer advanced electronic aids such as traction control, cornering ABS, cruise control and five ride modes.Royal Enfield has also confirmed that a second electric model, the Flying Flea S6 with a scrambler-style design, will follow. More details about the C6, including its battery specifications and pricing, are likely to be announced closer to launch.
