IBPS RRBS XIV clerk mains result 2026: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the mains examination result for the Office Assistant (Multipurpose) post under CRP RRBs XIV. Candidates who appeared for the recruitment examination can check their result status on the official IBPS website by using their registration number or roll number along with date of birth or password.The provisional allotment for Office Assistants has been carried out based on the actual category-wise vacancies reported by Regional Rural Banks. The allotment process has been conducted in accordance with government guidelines on reservation policy and other administrative provisions applicable to recruitment under Regional Rural Banks.Provisional allotment based on vacancies and meritAccording to IBPS, the provisional allotment has been prepared using the vacancies furnished by participating Regional Rural Banks and the merit position of candidates. The process follows the applicable reservation norms and recruitment guidelines issued by the Government of India and other authorities.Candidates belonging to reserved categories who secured marks qualifying them under the general category have been treated as general category candidates for allotment purposes. Such candidates will not be adjusted against reserved vacancies, although their original category details in the registration records remain unchanged.In cases where two or more candidates have obtained identical scores in the examination, the merit order has been determined according to date of birth. Candidates who are senior in age have been placed higher in the merit list in line with existing recruitment practice.Verification and appointment proceduresIBPS clarified that provisional allotment does not constitute an offer of employment. Candidates must fulfil eligibility criteria specified by the allotted Regional Rural Bank and undergo identity verification during the joining process.The concerned Regional Rural Bank will issue appointment offers, conduct document verification and complete joining formalities. The decision to issue or cancel an appointment letter rests solely with the respective Regional Rural Bank. IBPS stated it will not be responsible if an appointment letter is cancelled due to missing documents, mismatch in biometric thumb impressions, Aadhaar details or photographs.Proficiency in the local language of the concerned state will also be verified at the time of joining as per the recruitment notification.Reserve list and recruitment scheduleA reserve list will be prepared for each category to the extent of vacancies, subject to availability of candidates. If additional vacancies are reported by Regional Rural Banks during the validity period, provisional allotment from the reserve list may be conducted three to four times within one year from the date of allotment.A list of candidates provisionally allotted will be published on the IBPS website in registration number order on or before April 15, 2026. Candidates who are neither provisionally allotted nor included in the reserve list will not be considered for further stages under CRP RRBs XIV.
