While talking to PEOPLE, Courtney Robertson confirmed that she has officially filed for divorce with the respective authorities, confirming her split from Humberto Preciado. The 43 year old stated, “After learning information that irreparably damaged the trust in our marriage, I made the difficult decision to file for divorce.”Further on, she opened up about how their children take priority and asked fans for their understanding. She added, “This has been one of the hardest seasons of my life, and as I continue to process everything, my focus remains on my three beautiful children. They are, and always will be, my highest priority.”

In her official statement, she added, “While this isn’t the future I envisioned for our family, I believe choosing peace and a healthy, stable environment for my children is the right path forward.” The reality TV star also added that she and Preciado remain committed to their children, and that they will be actively co-parenting their three children: Joaquin (6), Paloma (4), and Gabriel (2).She also requested privacy for her family and added, “I kindly ask for privacy as we navigate this next chapter, especially for the sake of our children. Later that year, in December, the couple announced that they had gotten engaged. In June 2020, they welcomed their first child, and later tied the knot in October 2020 in Sedona, Arizona in a private ceremony that was only attended by friends and family.
