A federal jury has found three anti-ICE influencers guilty of stalking an immigration enforcement officer to his California home and livestreaming the incident on Instagram, in a shocking case that highlights the growing risks faced by federal law enforcement.Cynthia Raygoza, 38, of Riverside, Ashleigh Brown, 38, of Aurora, Colorado, and Sandra Carmona Samane were convicted for following the officer from the Los Angeles ICE field office to his residence last year. Wearing masks, the trio jumped out of their car, shouted the officer’s personal information to neighbors, hurled racial slurs at his wife, and broadcasted the confrontation to their followers online.US Attorney Bill Essayli said, “We thank the jury for bringing justice to these agitators who violated the law and endangered the safety of this federal officer and his family. Peaceful protests are protected by the Constitution, but political violence and unlawful intimidation are not.”The Instagram accounts ice_out_ofla, defendmesoamericanculture, and corn_maiden_design later scrubbed the footage. If sentenced, the women face up to 10 years in prison and hefty fines.The case comes amid a nationwide surge in threats against ICE officers, including a recent anti-ICE gun attack on a Dallas field office. Homeland Security officials warned that online doxxing and social media harassment are turning into real-world dangers for federal personnel.“This verdict sends a clear message,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “Targeting federal officers and their families with intimidation and violence will not be tolerated.”
