Supercell just wrapped up a scheduled maintenance break for Brawl Stars, but players logging back in are finding the in-game shop completely broken. A widespread glitch is currently locking users out of the new Oddities Store.
Anyone trying to check their daily offers is met with a broken interface and a rather mocking error message. It reads, “Ain’t a single oddity left: You’re a menace with that wallet.”
From what I was able to deduce, this specific server downtime was supposed to patch out existing bugs. But according to angry players on Reddit, the developer just made things significantly worse.
Fans are sharing screenshots showing missing resource icons, distorted menus, and totally blank sections where paid offers should be.
Several players noted the bug is present on every alternate account they own, with one user claiming the shop is broken across seven different profiles.
Complaints are also piling up on X, where users are aggressively calling out Supercell. People are annoyed the developer seemingly failed to test the patch before pushing it live. They are also deeply unhappy with the current damage control efforts.
Some players pointed out that the 5,000 blings being handed out as compensation is a terrible apology. Considering that the currency amount barely covers the cost of a standard cosmetic skin. Players are fuming that a multi-billion-dollar company fumbled an update and is then offering digital pocket change to calm the storm.
That said, some users do say that the issue with the shop has been fixed for them. So you might just have to wait a little longer for things to get back up and running.
This isn’t the only pain point for players right now. Yesterday, we reported how many players demanded that Supercell nerf Damian. You can read more about that here.
